Grilled Potatoes with Rosemary
Grilled Potatoes with Rosemary
1 table spoon of Big L’s Rub
1-2 pounds of red potatoes (or your favorite)
½ cup light olive oil
¼ cup rosemary finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Cut the potatoes into quarters
Add the rub, rosemary, olive oil, salt and pepper to the potatoes
Stir all the ingredients well. (I place mine in a bowl with a lid and shake well)
Heat the grill to 250-300 degrees.
Cook the potatoes for 20-25 minutes, turning every five minutes until done.
Serve with your favorite entrée.
